Summer Cooling Solution for Manufacturing

Fresh Air Cooling

Bring the outside, inside

Want to keep your workers cool? Want to get the most out of the hours you pay for? We employ our strategic summer time cooling solutions. Providing a high-velocity fresh-air stream at the floor level, across your entire production area, will have a great effect on your employees.  We frequently see manufacturing floors 10-20-30 degrees hotter than it is outside.  If it’s 90F outside, is it 110-120F in your facility?  We can help!

Most buildings have exhaust fans already installed.  Most do NOT have supply fans in place.  Rather, we see personal fans that are simply moving the hot air around in a random fashion.  This is not an effective solution.

Our system strategically uses High Velocity fans, which bring filtered fresh-air, from outside, into the building at the floor level. Then we remove the heat from the ceiling through exhaust fans.  This creates an efficient air flow patter and provides 5,000-12,000 CFM of fresh outside air, directly toward your employees, making them feel cooler on hot summer days.   When it’s 110 degrees inside, 90 degree fresh air coming at them at 200 Feet/Minute will feel like a dream!

See the attached photos and example layout drawing. Call today to discuss your facility!
